Screw with special mixing and plasticization function; Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately; ±1°C temperature control make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate; Horizontal, vertical or 45°incline type three rollers calendars may be lifted freely; Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller; Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness; Exact slicing machine, board length and quantity; Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable; Automatic metering to set the length of product 2. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) film is a hot-melt adhesive film, no viscosity and easy to operate at 

normal temperature. By hot pressing, it will be hot crosslink curing and bonded to realize permanent bonding 

and sealing.

The film is widely used for the encapsulation of solar cells and solar energy battery, construction industry 

and automobile industry.

2. Features: 

Machine can produce good quality film at low cost, high productivity, working stably, uniform film is guaranteed, 

low waste, low energy assumption.

Film advantages:

1). High transparency and high viscosity. Applicable to adhesiveness of glass, metal and plastics (such as PET).

2). Good endurance, environmentally protective, energy conservative, UV-resistant and non-yellowing, 

small shrinkage when heating

4). Good sound insulation, especially high-frequency sound.
