We offer PLB HDPE pipe that is developed in compliance with international 
quality standard. These co-extruded, permanently lubricated HDPE ducts are mainly used for laying optical 
fiber cable (ofc) as underground conduits. Our entire range ensures safe 
placement of cables and replacement of damaged cables. 
Salient features of PLB HDPE duct:
· Reduces internal co-efficient of friction with optical fiber cable
· Same physical and chemical properties as HDPE, a base and main material. 
· Is a polymeric material which is integral and strongly locked into HDPE
· It has no toxic or dermatic hazards for safe handling 
· Gets evenly co-extruded and distributed as a solid permanent lubricant around the bore and 
along the length of the duct. 
· Has stable chemical properties

· Co-efficient of friction - max 0. 344 external surface of sub-duct with pvc main duct - max 0. 056 internal surface of sub-duct against rope – max 0. 08 internal surface of sub-duct against cable
· Temperature resistance range - recommended temperature range of installing permanently lubricated duct is from- 5° c to + 50° c
· Bending radius - minimum ten times of outside diameter
· Anticipated life time 50 years
