Blasting wheel description:

 To ensure high productivity, our product utilizes QY360 blast wheel that adopts Japanese  technology and is very efficient. In addition, the installation location and angle of blast wheel  is determined based on the computer threedimensional dynamic simulation result, which ensures all sides of workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned with no dead corner.  During cleaning, operator's visibility will not be affected by dust as our shot blasting  equipment uses an efficient dust collector.

Advantage:

 Our Q35 turning plate shot blasting machines come in three models, including Q3512,  QF3512 and QF3525E. They are used for cleaning and intensifying the surfaces of steel  structural components and castings. These rotating shot blast machines are also suitable  for removing surface rust and oxidized layer from thick steel billets. Currently, our products  are extensively used in the casting, forging, machinery, and steel industries.
