Description:

Raw air is sucked from atmosphere. After removing of the mechanical impurity by air filter, it goes into the screw air compressor to be compressed to 1.0Mpa. After being cooled and separated from the water drops, it goes to the air precooler to be cooled to about 8 .0℃. It is separated from water drops through water separator for removal of saturated water, carbon dioxide and some hydrocarbon such as acetylene.

  Purified air is cooled by the counter flow in the main heat exchanger to saturated tempt., and part of them flows to the rectifification column after being liquefied.  After rectifying, the liquid air is sucked from the bottom of the column and cooled in subcooler and throttled to condenser-evaporator to evaporate as cold resource.
