Our three production facilities have the capability to manufacture different type of AT-Cut crystal resonators and oscillators, including HC-49/U, HC-49/US and HC-49/USM models, as well as surface-mount crystals. All production process are done in house. Most of our manufacturing equipment are made in Japan and Korea. In 2005, our company invested $600,000 in produciton euipment upgrade. Our production facilities are ISO-9001-ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 certified, while its products are WEEE compliant. We uses the GB/T2828.1-2003 QA sampling system. Our company has a total of 73 QC checkers throughout production phase. Our R&D department focues on improving testing processes, increase automation and develop new products.
