Image 1, Ramimtech CN bonding layer repair strip .
Ramimtech repair strip with CN bonding layer, such as the
image showed, take off protection film, the blue layer is
CN bonding layer ,
it will be bonded to the damage of conveyor belt. Brush one coat cold

vulcanizing reaction will generate between
Cn bonding layer and conveyor belt damage area, they will be bonded

Image2,Ramimtech conveyor belt repair strip with Cn bonding
layer and cold vulcanizing adhesive SK811,
After knowing the function of Cn
bonding layer , we get that repair stirp with Cn bonding layer need not to be
roughened.
The way of which bonding repair strip (with Cn bonding layer)
together with cold vulcanizing adhesive is not only easy to
operate,but also
time saving . Conveyor belt can be back to run after repair. Cut downtime
greatly.
When use repair strip with CN bonding layer , we only need brush one coat
cold vulcanizing adhesive on the CN bonding layer .
and brush two coats on
roughened damage area. when the adhesive is slight sticky, bonding them together
.
As for traditional repair, though it can bond damage area, repair strip
need to be brushed two coats, which will cost long time till the adhesive is
sticky and can be bonded.
and the repaired area have large probability to
be peeled off or be scratched by scraper.
so we get that repair strip with Cn bonding layer will enhance the bonding strength and it is time saving. and with special fabric reinfoced layer , it will increase wearing coefficient and to prevent repaired area from the secondary damage.
