vehicle axle model. The built-in high speed micro-printer can conveniently print out the weight statistic 
(name, date, time, axle weight, weight of whole vehicle, overload value etc.) All parameter will be set on the keys, numbers are separated from letters. It’s very convenient to put in
 information.

The key points in operation and maintenance

·The platform must be placed in the smooth and rigid ground, and should be ensured that the two 
pads are both fitted to the ground, or you should level it up with shim;  ·When powering on , it must be ensured that there is no weight on the platform(Vehicles or 
pedestrians); ·To ensure the detection precision, the speed should be less than 5km/h, and the slower the vehicle,
 the higher the precision; ·Try to keep a constant speed when detecting, and avoid any actions like refueling, braking or 
veering; ·To prolong the service life of the membrane switch, please do not press the button with too much
 force ; ·To prolong the service life of the battery, please do not over discharge. And please charge it 
immediately when the indication of no-power displays; ·Please do not clean the platform with strongly corrosive solvent;  ·It is the precious instrument, please carry it with great care, and it is prohibited to throwing; ·Although the instrument has good protection, please do not apply it in the environment of dust or 
serious vibration;  ·The power supply should be grounded reliably; ·Please do not try to disassemble the instrument without authorization; ·If it displays without any change or it do not function when pressing the button, please press the
 [OFF] to  closed it down, then start it up after several minutes.

2 Load Cell Interface

The four-core aerial socket connects to the load cell, and it adopts four-wire system(when using the six-wire 

system, it exists short circuit between positive power supply and positive feedback, and between negative

 power 

supply and negative feedback), the pin functions are defined as follows:
