Machine Introduction: 

HJ200 Automatic Cartoner is automatic balcony-style packing machine in continuous mode. This machine collects mechanical and electrical in a body, automatic pile blisters, divide blisters, transport blisters, open carton, transport box, heal carton, fold paper, transport paper, put paper and blister into the carton together and print the batch number. 
This machine adopted PLC controlling system, detection of the entire process. Modern human interface operation to show the operate menu, set the parameter and automatic alarm. It is intelligent production. This machine is compact structure, reasonable layout, convenient operation, easy adjustment & maintenance, good adaptable and low noise. Machine Characteristics: 

This machine is balcony-style structure, open the shield and the back door, can see each parts. It is convenient to maintain. On the blister basis, inspected the blister amount, if the amount is eligible, transport the paper and carton. If not, no transport the paper and carton. And if not transport the paper, the carton also not transport. It save the material, reduce the waste. 
Before packing, inspect the paper whether put into. If not, eliminates the 
Carton. Ensure each cartons have the paper. Every packed carton is eligible. 
The carton transport process: Use the negative-pressed vacuum suck carton. The carton fixes firm, performance reliable.
