2) Manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper for connecting the ground system

3) Conform to BS 4360 grade 43A, ISO2008

4) Each rod is treated with Benzol triozole derivatives to prevent oxidation of copper bonding.

5) The threads are formed by roll threading process which ensure strength and maintain the molecularly bonded copper along the full length of the threads.

6) The rods can be deep driven manually or by using power hammer.

 

Earth Rod that is different from the copper bond earth rod at their craft of manufacture. It uses a craft of mechanical manufacture to make the steel rod cover with copper jacket. We have two types of this conductor: copper clad round steel and copper clad flat steel. The copper jacket of all the types can reach 250 microns, and 300 microns. The length of conductor and its thickness of copper can reach a measure the customer need.
