Description:Product Name: Asynchronous Motor Explosion-Isolating One-PhaseModel Number: YBJYD-961-4Place of Origin: ChinaExplosion-isolating single-phase asynchronous motor for YBJYD-961-4 fuel
and oil machines (Abbr. To Motor) is suitable in dangerous and explosive
places resulting from flammable gas or steam with Grade 11A, 11B,
temperature grade T1-T4.
Anti-explosive property of the motor conforms to the specification of
GB3836, 1-2000 Explosive Gas Environmental & Electric Equipment Part
1: General Requirements, GB3836.2-2000 Explosive Gas Environmental
& Electric Equipment Part 11: Explosion-isolating Type "d".
Anti-explosive marking is Exd11AT4, Exd11BT4.
Motor should be able to work reliably in case of the following conditions:
1) Height above the sea level is lower than 1,000m
2) Environmental Temperature is changing seasonally, but not less than
15° and up to 40°C
3) Monthly average and relative max-temperature: 95% in the warmest month,
and the average min-temperature of the month: not less than 25°C
4) Protection grade of motor: IP 54
5) Rated pressure of motor: 380V
6) Rated current of motor: 2A
7) Rated power of motor: 750W
8) Rated turns of motor: 1,390r/min
9) Working methods of motor: (S1) rated successively
10) Insulation grade of motor: class F
11) Temperature limits of stator wounded (Resistance Method): < 80k
Installment and maintenance:
1) Anti-explosive grade and temperature extent should conform to the
grades and extent of explosive mixture in the corresponding explosive
and dangerous places
2) To measure insulating resistance, it is not allowed to be less than
0.4m in working temperature and 20m in room temperature
3) Turn the shaft of the motor slightly, flexibly without noise
4) Outer bolts shall be grounded reliably
5) Pay attention to protect the explosion-isolating surface in case of
dismantling motor, and coat anti-rust oil 204-1 on the surface
as installed
6) Check motor at least on annual basis, and replace lubricant often (MoS2)
7) When storing motor, keep it dry and ventilated
