Chemical composite hoses are constructed of polypropylene films and fabrics so they have superior resistance to most acids, alkalis and solvents. They are designed for delivery and suction of a wide range of chemical fluids in the temperature of -40°C to +100°C.

Its construction is very complex for five layers: inner and outer helix, liner, carcass and cover. And also there are four types namely PG (Polypropylene coated steel inner helix and high tensile galvanized carbon steel outer helix), PS (Polypropylene coated steel inner helix and 316L stainless steel outer helix), SG (316L stainless steel inner helix, and high tensile galvanized carbon steel outer helix) and SS (316L stainless steel inner helix and 316L stainless steel outer helix).
Liner: polypropylene and polyester
Carcass: multiply layers of polypropylene fabrics, films and polyester barrier layers
Cover: abrasion resistant PVC-impregnated fabric
