Description of Jig Machine LTA1010/2:

The jig machine LTA1010/2  is a down-moving single row jigging concentrator with double room, also known as down-moving cone diaphragm jig machine. It uses water as the medium of gravity separation, and sorts the materials according to the specific gravity (density) of useful minerals and gangue. The jigging cycle curve generated by this jig machine has a sinusoidal shape.

 The jig machine LTA1010/2 has the following features: 

♦ Compact structure, small footprint, large capacity;
♦ Eccentric connecting, rod transmission, sine wave jig cycle curve, powerful water flow;
♦ Simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation;
♦ Easy control of stroke and stroke frequency, less operation cost.
 
The jig machine is mainly used for the beneficiation of metallic and non-metallic minerals like tungsten, tin, antimony, alluvial gold, manganese, lead, zinc, celestite, barite, fluorite ore, pyrite, limonite, hematite, etc. It is also a good smelting slag recycling machine for the beneficiation of silico-manganese slag, ferrochrome slag, nickel, iron slag and other metal smelting slag. In recent years, the jig machine has been widely applied in the field of metal smelting slag recycling.

LTA series jig machine has three kinds: Jig machine LTA55/2 for experiment, jig machine LTA1515/2, Jig machine LTA2020/2. They have the same transmission structure and regulating device with jigging machine LTA1010/2.
