100-120 TPH Granite Crushing line Process:
In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE600*900 whose capacity can be up to 50-120 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1214 whose capacity is 80-140 tph. For screening materials for different sizes, vibrating screen is playing its role.After being separated, the parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
