Vinegar (6%): 10Lt
Acetic acid (85%): 2.0kg
Citric (lemon) acid: 2.0kg
Ascorbic Acid (Vit.C): 200g
Any other ingredient is absolutely forbidden
1). The mushrooms must be healthy and free of muddy stems
2). The mushrooms must be free of insect or parasite damage
3). The mushrooms must be free of any strange substances
4). The mushrooms must be free of strange smell of taste
5). The mushrooms must be cut regularly, perpendicularly and clean
Loading system and requirement
1) Each step of mushroom processing must be under good quality control
2) Do not fill liquid solution into drums too much
3) Drums must be dried, cleaned and tightly closed
4) Wooden plate must be high quality, enough quantity and arranged correctly
5) Container's windows must be sealed with tape
6) Containers must be sprayed with 10% formalin (HCHO) solution
