JetConvectionTM ---Convection heating plays main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well. LD-B JetConvection single curvature tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc. Technical Features: 1) Hard shaft bending rollers which bend the glass lengthwise; 2) The bending mechanism consists of many bending devices, and each bending device not only can camber by itself, also can be slightly adjusted separately, therefore high accuracy radian can be reached; 3) Bending system is controlled by German servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency; 4) It can temper small volume single curvature bent glass for autos and household appliances with high accuracy; 5) Equipped with Jet Heating convection system additionally, it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
