Mill roll stand 

■ The operations of lifting up or lowering down, clamping, loosen-ing, moving and centering of raw paper are all electrically con-trolled.
■ This machine applies manual braking for tension adjustment of raw paper with operational pneumatic braking. 
■ Max. diameter of raw paper: φ1500mm.
■ Width of clip paper: 600-1800mm
■ This machine adopts the cycloid motor for clamping and lifting up or lowering down, which can effectively protect 
the machine from damaging when the clip paper arm overweighs or touches the ground.

Single facer

1. Design Speed: 80-100m/min
2. Effective width: 1400-1800mm

3. Corrugated roller diameter: 280mm-320mm

4. Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, adopt gimbals transmission and separate power.

5. Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller adjustment by pneumatic.

6. Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system, keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.

7. Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.

8. Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.

9. The upper-lower corrugating roller is made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness HRC58°-60°, the surface is grinded.

10. The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated.

11. Motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width

Single cutter

This kind of cutting machine, main used for cutting the cylinder paper or single 
paperboard to quadrangle of needing. And has the characteristics such as easy structure, 
convenient adjustment, long using life and so on.
