Buried soft-sealing gate valve

The product is the key applied project by"11th five-year development technical bulletin" from the ministry of construction. It can be directly buried underground without building inspection shaft in order to save excavation space,which keeps pavement beautiful, reduces difficulty of construction and saves engineering cost as well.

This kind of gate valve can also adjust the distance from the buried point to the ground.the buried soft-sealing gave valve has advantages of long design service life-30 years,maintenance free,etc.it is also able to avoid the phenomenon of opening valve and stealing inspection shaft lid and hurt from missing inspecting shaft lid.

The gate valve has light switch and novel design,the bonnet ,covered by special rubber entirely,achieve the state of no leakage.it adopted reliable “o”type sealing ring without pressing disk root,and without maintenance.the product adopted Non-toxic epoxy resin electrostatic layer technology,which will meet the need of drinking water without rust water.

Installation precaution (more details are based on installation and operation instruction):

Gate valves and pipe connection should keep natural smooth to avoid bending force produced and cage lid and extensible tube  should be anwhile, to guarantee reliable installation the top of valve box,keeping the same level to ground,would better have 5-10 centimeters  at the top of extension rod.

Components and materials:

The distance from Pipe's center line or groove to ground and the amount of protective tube's adjustable telescopic should he marked during choosing buried soft-sealing gate valve.
