Technical features
Ladle supporting method: ladle turret (1800 clockwise and anticlockwise turning)
Tundish supporting method:2 sets of tundishes cars that can be raised and lowered,semi-suspended type.
Cast flow control:crystallizers liquid level check and automatic control
Vibration method: adopting whole plate spring vibration table.
Secondary cooling and casting billet guiding section: the guiding section is composed of supporting roller and side support roller;Secondary rinsing device.The rinsing water distribution system is automatically done by computer according to the steel quality,billet size,and casting speed.
Billet sending method:rigid dummy bar downward loaded type, automatic billet sending and billet separating device, the dummy bar returning to storing position.
Straightening method:continuous straightening with 5-roller by hydraulics,with 3-roller individual driving AC frequency inverter speed adjusting.
Billet finishing:high efficiency flame cutting, adopting thermal metal detecting position to realize casting billets cutting of cut-to-length
Billet conveying method:adopting billet moving device with reliable mechanical features and stable structure.
Preparation for CCM production: Check whether the electrics system,,wether supply system and oil/gas supply system can work normally .Make sure that the ladles and tundishes are preheated before accepting the molten steel and that the casting machine stand ready for production.
Casting technology:Draw the dummy bar into the crystallizer from dummy bar storage position, turn on the water cooling system,hoist the ladle onto the ladle support to receive the molten steel, and then transfer the ladle to the right position above tundish car. The molten steel goes into the crystallizer via the help of the tundish. With highly efficient cooling, steel billets with outer shell formed move out of the crystallizer. The casting speed can be controlled within 0-4m/min according to different billet specifications.Through the secondary rinsing cooling system,,the billets are completely solidified and straightened.
The steel billets need to be cut to the set length according to the requirements required by the heating furnace,rolling mill installation and finished product.The billets are cut to the designed length by devices such as flame cutting machine, synchronous hydraulic shear,etc. It is then conveyed to the billet delivery roller table via the roller table after cutting, then transferred to the billet cooling bed by tilting gear or lifting device, hoisted to the appointed billet storing place afte
