Description:
As with other ball mill,the steel slag ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials,its cylinider body and grinding body are both made of special steel,and grinding materials are mainly steel slag,wear-resisting performance is good,operation is stable, working efficiency is high.Steel slag ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics industry, etc,at the same time,it can grind various ores and other materials in dry type and wet type.
Working principle:
The materials grinded by steel slag ball mill are transferred to the grinding chamber of steel slag ball mill through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of ceramic ball in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the ceramic ball to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The powder materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
