16-90mm PE Pipe Production Line/PE pipe extrusion machine/pipe making machine:
16-90mm PE pipe production line can produce 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75 and 90 mm pipe diameter.

The main device HDPE pipe production line: the control system, extruder, head, sizing and cooling system, tractor, cutting machine and the stacker.

Each production line has two extruders: one extruder adopts strength delivery lining and high efficiency screw, the other is used for extrusion mark line.

Two extruders, each production line is a major power feeding lining and high efficiency screw extruder using other smaller extruder for extrusion flag line. The extrusion line can be used for the production of large diameter PE water supply pipe which has non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, easy connection, small flow resistance, high toughness, excellent flexibility, longer service life, anti-aging, weatherability and so on. And the finished pipe is widely used in the buried or surface water supply pipes within 45, replacing galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes, cement pipes.
