Plastic Diamond Plate Sheets

1.Material: Low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.

2.Weaving: It is punched to mesh, including aluminum plate mesh, small steel plate mesh, steel plate mesh and stainless steel plate mesh.

3.Galvanized Flattened Expanded Metal Mesh Process:
1)Expanded: Each expanded metal sheet is expanded in the regular form and then passed through a cold rolled reducing mill. In this process the length of the sheet is elongated - usually about 5% - but the width of the sheet remains the same.
2)Flattened: The sheet is then sent through a leveler to maintain its flatness.
3)Galvanized: Hot dip galvanized or electro-galvanized

4.Feature:
Expanded metal has features of strong, beautiful appearance, and good ventilation etc. Colors can be applied on expanded metal.

5.Application: Be widely used with concrete in building, maintenance of equipments, making of arts and crafts, covering screen for first class sound case. Fencing for super highway, studio, highway, reinforcing in construction, railway and bridges.
