Sandwich panels characteristics:

1)     Good stiffness;caused the rock wool core bonded with two layers of steel plates as a whole,working together and the wave-pressure top surface of roof plate,the stiffness of the whole are far better than rock wool (glass cotton) of pressured local composite plates.Sandwich panels are fixed by fittings and purlins,greatly improving the whole house stiffness,strengthed the whole roof working performance.Using rock wool panels,choose the big purlin distance to save the quantities of purlins about 1/3~2/3.

2)     Reasonable fastening method: Choosing the fastening method for rock wool roof panels can be avoid water flowing between roof joints and saving the amount of parts.

3)     Reasonable fix method: Rock wool roof panels fixed special M6 self-tapping screws and purlins that can effectively resist typhoons and other external force.Self-tapping screws set in the roof on the surface of the peak position and using a special waterproof construction to avoid waterproof weak point.

4)     Short installation period: Due to uneccessary second process,not only keep the surroundings clean and tidy,does not affect the normal conduct of other processes,but also greatly shorten the installation period of panels.The average daily installation area of rock wool panels are 600~800 m2.

5)     Anti-scratch protection: During the process of rock wool panels,it should be covered the polyethylene self-adhesive protective film in the surface,in order to avoid scratching or wearing the surface coating during the transportation and installation processes.

1) Excellent fire performance: Rock wool panels have excellent fire performance because of its raw material,production technology and formula.The tests showed that it has more than 1000°C refractory.Our rock wool panels have passed the GIOROANO S.P.A test by Italian authoritative testing agency in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),British BS and German DIN standards.It meets the fire safety standards M.I.14/09/61 and D.M.30/11/83.The results are: Thickness 50mm rock wool panel REI30;thickness 80mm rock wool panel REI 60;thickness 100mm rock wool panel REI 120.

2) Good thermal insulation: The rock wool thermal insulation property is as the basis of the rock wool thermal conductivityλ=0.043W/m2K and the parameters of corresponding proportion thickness of rock wool core material.

3) Good effective sound insulation and sound-absorbing:

Sound insulation: Rock wool panels have significant reduction property of noise transfer,especially suitable for the place of specified flight.In addition,it also has significant reduction the indoor sound for rain,hail beating the construction roof steel plates.Through the test,according with ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards,choosing the density of 100 kg/m3 rock wool core sandwich plates,the sound insulation effectivity will be up to RW=29~30 DB.

Sound absorption: Rock wool panel also has excellent sound absorption effectivity.It can absorb a wide frequency range sound.According with ISO 354/85 standard,rock wool sound absorption property can be to DELTA LA=15.7 DB(A).
