Description:We currently have 22MT of fumed silica available in 2 seperate lots. One of 4MT and the other of 18MT. We have technical data for the smaller lot only but they are of the same manufacturer. Price is USD $4.65/kg CIF your main port. Here are the specs: SiO2 content - >99.8% Loss on ignition at 1000C/2h - <2 Density of SiO2 - 2200g/l Refractive Index - 1.46 Silanol group density - 2 BET-surface area - 360 - 440 pH, in 4% aqueous dispersion - 3.8 - 4.3 Tamped density - ca.40 Loss on drying (2h at 105C) - <1.5 Sieve Residue - <0.04 Packing is in 10kg bags for the 4MT lot, and 20kg bags for the 18MT lot.
