RTV silicone rubber for crystal mould is composed of two components. Component A is white flowing liquidwhile component B is the curing agent.
Steps:
A. Take silicone rubber and curing agent for mixing evenly.
B. After the silicone rubber andthe curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicone into a vacuum machinefor deairing to remove the bubbles.
C. After deaired, pouring theliquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the moldframe.

RTV silicone rubber for crystal mould which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is noteasy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. Theshelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production.Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to beused in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
