AlNiCo rod magnetic is pressed into soft steel pot with pin at rear including a non-magnetic sleeve. AlNiCo pot magnet can  be used at application of long-term exposure to temperatures up to 450℃,   without suffering structural changes inside  magnet. Exposing to such high temperature,   holding power may lose 30% to 40%, however the process is reversible and  there is no continuous build-up power losses.
