BST03   Two-component Extruder

◎ The curing agent is provided with a filter device, high pressure safety protection device in the pipe line, to ensure the operating more safety. The system is a closed system, put an end to the air and avoid curing agent contacting with the air and curing, to ensure that the media flow stability.

◎ The high pressure valve of base material pump, curing agent pump and proportional pump adopt zero leakage of special alloy grinding, has a unique and convenient adjustable proportioning mechanism, ensure the bi-component sealant almost harsh ratio requirements.

◎ The mixing system used precision stainless steel mixer, mixing mandrel, with the specially designed unidirectional needle valve to ensure the mixing evenly.
