Application Area:

Widely used in light weight, fine powder materials granulating.The more fine powder is, the higher the spherical degree is,the better the granule quality is.Generally,granule particle size should be bigger than 300 mesh.

huge mechanical force and aerodynamic force,then become spherical particle,compared with natural reunion granulation equipment(line rotary disk granulator,rotor drum granulator),the ending granule intensity is higher,and the granule size distribution is more concentrated.

≥0.8,granule size is between 0.7-2mm,granulation rate≥98%. 

• Easy to control:The size of the granule diameter could be adjusted via material 

moisture content and spindle speed.Generally the lower the moisture content is anf the higher speed is , the smaller the particle is , and vice versa.
