Treating with rubber

Both inner and outer are coated with advanced knowledge of rubber vulcanization then the elasticity of rubber, making sure the precise geometry dimension. Rubber and ductile cast iron valve are together closely, which can avoid fall-off and long use.

Anti- corrosion

Both inner and outer are coated with non-toxic powder epoxy resin to strengthen the capacity of Corrosion resisting and improve the quality of water supply.

Ruggedization 

The old iron valve is easy to rupture after being shock by nonego. Our new ductile iron can stop rupture because of good mechanics capability.

Three "O" seal ring

Adopting three "O" rings, which can avoid leakage and reduce frictional drag when open or close.

It is easy to change “O” rings without close.

Casting body

The body adopts precise casting, making sure of seal without any finish machining. 

Light weight

The body is made of ductile iron, which is 20%-30% lighter than the olds. Easy to fix and service.
