H.S Code: 2826.1900           CAS No.: 7784-18-1

Properties:

The product is a colorless or white crystalline. Melting point (℃) : 1040 relative density (water = 1) : 1.91 the boiling point (℃) : 1537 molecular formula: AlF3 molecular weight: 83.98 saturated steam pressure (kPa) : 0.13 (1238 ℃) solubility: insoluble in water, acid and alkali

It is decomposed into Al2O3 by vapour at high temperature, and with HF being released.

Usage:

It is mainly used to adjust the molecular ratio in aluminum electrolyzing bath as a flux. The anhydrous AlF3 supplied by our company can reduce environmental pollution; improve the production yield of aluminum smelters, and lower its electrolytic cost.
