Product Introduction:

Glass wool felt is a kind of glass fiber product, the manufacturing technique is glass and other raw material are sent into melt oven after crushing, and melted into molten glass in the temperature 1450C-1460C. Then the molten glass flow into the forehearth after clarified and homogenized, and is converted in to fine fiber, the fiber is sprayed with binder well-distributed and solidified in curing oven, finally be  cutted into different size of glass wool felt. According to customer’s request, kinds of foil can be coated directly on the production line, such as Al foil, craft, PVC, glass fiber cloth etc.

Inside glass wool, the total surface area of glass fiber is very large. It strengthens the resistance to the air, makes the air not flow, and blocks the heating transfer. In a similar way, the huge friction force makes air shock damped fast, which makes glass wool have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation property, and it is the best material for thermal insulation and sound absorption in building construction.
