Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe CO.,LTD was founded in 2010,the total investment of the project is 300 million RMB with the total land area 140,951 m²,the production plant has the total construction area of 30,000 m².It is located in the Zheng gang Industrial Development Zone in Yanshan County which is called “Chinese National Manufacture Base of Pipeline Euipment”. It is 40 kilometers from Huang hua Port,160 kilometers from Tianjin Port and it is adjacent to the Tianjin-Shantou Expressway to the east, National Road No.205 and Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan gold Economic district to the north and Shandong province to the south, so it is well-located and convenient transportation.
Our company uses the most advanced technology of JCOE LSAW steel pipe manufacture in the world wide, specialized in producing API 5L PSL2 X80N steel pipe The product line adopts PID automatic controlling continuous J-C-O forming technology, and the advantages of the product line are as below: high speed, high quality, low stress distribution, and low tolerance of size.
The equipment can change model quickly and simply, produce wide range of specifications, which is specialized in producing Longitudinal Submerged Arc welding Pipeline of outside diameter from 406.4mm to 1422.4mm ,wall thickness from 8m to 50m,unit length from 3m to 12.3m,steel grade could be simple carbon steel, special type steel and low alloy steel ,the steel grade could be up to max X80 .it is able to manufacture 150,000 tons per year.
The products are widely applied to many fields such as petroleum pipeline, natural gas pipeline, urban pipe network, mines pipeline, Coal Water Slurry pipeline, and construction pipe for high voltage, wind power, bridges, high-speed rail steel construction etc.　The company employee 150 staff totally at present,and will be more and more in the future,30 of which are technical personnel and designers. Pipe Length: 6~12.3m
Wall Thickness:

8~50mm for material of common carbon, low carbon alloy;
8~26.4mm (0.252~1.04in) for material of middle carbon alloy structure steel, grade of higher than X70.
Product Standard: API Spec 5L PSL1 PSL2 ,API Spec 2B ,GB/T9711 etc.
Capacity:150,000 tons per year.

Application of products

The pipes are mainly used as long distance transportation pipeline for oil, gas, liquid coal etc. on land and offshore. And also can be applied as construction pipes on offshore platform, power station, petrochemistry and city construction etc.

Advantage of products

1 The pipe internal stress is very small and uniformly distributed after the full- length expansion. The corrosion and cracking of the pipe owing to stress can be effectively prevented. The application of welding on site is very easy because of the high dimension precision;
2 The inside and outside welding are performed after the tack welding , so the welding process is very stable with good weld quality;
3 The NDT is easy to perform on the weld during production and field operation as well;
4 The length of the weld is shorter than that of the non-longitudinal seam pipe, so the probability of defects occurrence is very low;
5  The coverage of the pipe specification is very wide. The pipe can be either in large diameter with thick wall or in small diameter with thick wall.
