Pipeline high shearing-rate mixing and emulsifying machine is the latest technical achievement of our company for high shearing-rate technology in continuous manufacturing process, whose birth solves the intermittent process of normal high shearing-rate emulsifying pump successfully and brings a new manufacturing method for high shearing-rate technology in continuous production. It not only has the function of continuous pumping and transporting liquid, but also can fulfill mixing, emulsifying and smashing functions during pumping procedure.

HIIA series emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port, horizontal cantilever structure, two-layer stator and single-layer rotor.

HIIB series emulsifying machine has top suction port, head-end discharging port, single-layer rotor and single-layer stator. The changed material feeding mode makes there is no residue in discharging process.

HIIC series emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port, horizontal cantilever structure, three-layer stator and three-layer rotor.

HIID series emulsifying machine has top suction port, head-end discharging port, three-layer rotor and three-layer stator. The changed material feeding mode makes there is no residue in discharging process.

Three-Stage Pipeline High Shearing-rate Emulsifying Machine (HIIE Series)

HIIE series emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port and horizontal cantilever structure. The machine three groups or three stages of stator and high speed rotating rotor, each stage has two to six layers

Sealing: mechanical seal with lower leakage and longer service life. Single end-face or twin end-face mechanical seal as choice according to different application, and the twin end-face mechanical seal can be connected to clean tap water directly.

Higher shearing force, faster emulsifying procedure, smaller distribution of particle sizes and better emulsifying stability.

Pressure £18bar, vacuity & sup3; 0.3bar, material temperature £150oC;Material Viscosity increases 1000mPa×s each time, nominal discharging flow rate decreases 20%. When viscosity reaches about 3000mPa×s, the material must be pumped into machine.Anti-hazard classification can be chosen as desired.
