1Brief Introduction
Q110 Model Starting Motor Performance Test Bench is an advanced fully automatic test system controlled by
industrial control computer, which is designed according to the trade standard. The motor mounting adopts the
pneumatic clamping design. It can judge, store, and print the test results while simulative power source is also
equipped. The test bench can meet not only the requirements for high precision measurement in laboratory
but also the demand of quick test in workshop. It has a specially designed durability test interface in which
durability test can be carried out by setting parameters like duration of runs and the number of tests.

6Main Functions and Features of Equipment
1. It can test the performance of starting motor for motorcycles and mopeds;
2. It adopts the industrial control computer for control and fully automatic data acquisition. The test is veracious
while the reliability is high;
3.Test mode: manual test and automatic test:
(1)During the manual test, set the test voltage by the knob of simulative power source;
(2)During the automatic test, go along with the preset power supply characteristic of the simulative power
source.
4. Load mode: manual test and automatic test:
(1) During the manual test, set the load by the loading knob on the panel;
(2)During the automatic test, user set it in the computer interface in advance.
5. Having the correlative parameter & word input function, it can form a whole test report;
6. According to the test standard set by the users, it can automatically complete the test result judgment.
It also has the alarming prompt and out-of-limit protection functions;
7. It has the Abnormal Indication function for voltage, current, torque, and speed;
8.It has the Test Data Storage function, so its convenient to inquire the historical data;
9. It can automatically plot the starting motor characteristic curves, which include: Voltage-Current Curve,
Speed-Current Curve, Torque-Current Curve, Power-Current Curve, and Efficiency-Current Curve;

11.The connection mode of the starting motor adopts the internal gear engagement, and the compressing mode
adopts the mechanical active joint or pneumatic pinch device. By altering the clamps can it test for various kinds of
starting motors, and the mounting and removing is convenient and reliable;
12.The simulative power source can simulates the external characteristic of four kinds of accumulators, and it can
save three fixed voltage-current characteristics and one free & adjustable voltage-current characteristic simultaneously at a time.
