Planetary gear structure is applied to the circumferential adjustment mechanism of the printing cylinder.The gear is carefully grinded after many times of heating, the hardness can reach HRC58-60
The printing phrase can be subject to a 360-degree adjustment by means of a transducer a touch screen control or in an electric numeral way.(in both running and stop states)
Wearable high-precision rigid chrome anilox roller is used for the inking roller.
The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink-transfering effect
The transverse position can be adjusted , with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10mm
SLOTTER
The scoring roller, the feeding roller, and the slotter seat move axially, guided by a rolling straight guiding track so that movement is stable and positioning is accurate.
Transducer, touch screen and digital electric adjust the slotting phrase for 360 degrees, clear resetfunction is added, and can store orders.
Touch screen is set on the control panel to control the paper-feeding section, printing section, and slotting section , easy to operate.
Central knife moving to produce large-sized 2- piece cartons.
The slotter shaftand the feeding roller shaft are hard-chrome plated and finely polished, enjoying long life span.
