High quality  progression stamping die

Product Description

This  is a sheet metal fixing part made  from DC01.  The start is pierced and then formed to provide the teeth.  This is a very accurate part and must be controlled adequately by the strip.  A single side cut could not be used because of the flange geometry.  Slug retention is necessary.  In order to reduce any chance of galling the die rings should be forming polished and coated.  Abrasive flow machining can work well for this application.

Precision:  processing of the WEDM-LS up to 0.003mm.

Press:  Press capabilities up to 1500 tons.  SPM: 60- 1000

Parts thickness: We can provide progressive dies to handle material thicknesses from as thick as 8 mm (.315") high strength steel to as thin as 0.16mm (.006") thick aluminum and stainless steel.
