The product can test solenoid valves when clean them simultaneously by ultrasonic wave.

Technical Characteristics:         

1.It can test linear solenoid valves and on-off switch solenoid valves with the technology parameters including oil pressure, flux, resistance, current;

2. The oil-pressure curve or the flux curve showed by this automatic testing system can be compared with the standard curves;

3.The testing time of on/off solenoid valve is settable by 9, 999 times in maximum with its oil-pressure value recorded, in order to monitor the solenoid valve is working properly or not during testing process;

4.The control system outputs 0-4, 000 Hz control frequency in 0-100% duty cycle control, which can satisfy the requirements of all existing solenoid valves;
    
5.Special design of clamping tool is easy for installation of solenoid valves;

6. The performance of solenoid valves can be determined by comparing the input/output oil-pressure values or the values of flux;

7. With the function of ultrasonic cleaning, solenoid valves can be cleaned by the ultrasonic while the solenoid is working at the same time;

8. Testing oil and the cleaning solution all can be automatically heated under constant temperature.
