Vulcanization labels/tire labels are desired for vulcanization of tires without deformation, fading or adhesive failing.

Products Descriptions:

 

 Vulcanization label/tire label material maintains good adhesive and will combine together with the tire forever. This material will survive the sterilization without deformation, fading or adhesive failure. It can tolerate acids, bases, salt, the majority of oil stain and low-fat solvents. Meanwhile, it is excellently durable and wear resistant. TXT and bar codes can be printed clearly with special resin ribbon.

 

Feathers:

• Able to tolerate heat and pressure in the process of vulcanization sterilization
• Able to keep everlasting adhesive with the tire after accepting sulfur treatment
• Provide with durable and wear resistant properties
• Satisfactory printing effect and can be scanned absolutely accurately during the high speed passed assemble line  

The color, logo, size, surface thickness, roll length and packing way can be made to customers’ requirements.
