1. High transmission ratio and efficiency
Our planetary cycloidal drive reducers have high transmission ratio. The single stage series, double stage series, triple stage series can reach a number of 119, 5133, 658503 respectively.
2. Compact structure and light weight
They adopt planetary transmission principles, with the importing shaft and the exporting shaft on the same axle. This compact design saves about 1/2-1/3 space compared with the regular reducers.
3. Smooth running and low noise
Ourplanetary cycloidal drive reducers have more teeth larger overlap coefficient. They are made to reach mechanical balance and minimize the vibration and noise to the greatest extend.

4.Structure of Cycloidal Drive Reducer
Based on the principles of planetary drive with small teeth difference, our cycloidal driver reducers are mainly composed of 4 parts.
1. Torque arm
The torque arm is made up of a input shaft and an eccentric locking collar. To reduce the friction, two roller bearings are adopted between the eccentric locking collar and cycloidal gear.
2. Cycloidal gear
To reach the static balance of the input shaft and improve the loading capacity, two identical cycloidal gears are respectively adopted to the eccentric locking collars. The position different between the two cycloidal gears is 180°.
3. Lantern gearIt is made up of a lantern gear housing and a gear pin.
A gear casing can be adopted to the gear pin to reduce the friction. A pin bush is also equipped on the pin roll of our cycloidal drive reducer.
4. W structure
The W structure is the structure made up of the output shaft, pin roll and the cycloid gear. The pin roll is the connection of the output shaft and the cycloid gear. One end of the pin roll is fixed to the flange of the output shaft, and the other is inserted into pinholes of the two cycloidal gears. In order to reduce friction, our cycloidal drive reduce is also provided with pin bush on the pin roll.
