Synthetic thickener KIMA1100 for reactive dye printing
(Recommended to use for Woven Cotton and Rayon)
1. Brief introduction:
KIMA1100 is suitable to the reactive dye printing on woven cotton and rayon fabrics. It is the update generation of synthetic thickener for reactive dye printing to replace the sodium alginate.
2. Characteristics & Advantage:
l Easy-To-Use, printing paste could be ready within minutes.
l Low cost, only 30%~40% of the cost of Sodium Alginate
l Deep and brilliant color, sharp and uniform printing effect, suitable for fine pattern printing
l Stable quality & excellent storage stability, which allow high utilization ratio for the surplus paste to decrease the waste and cost
l Good alkali resistant
l Good screen permeability & suitable for round (flat) screen printing, especially for high mesh screen.
l Easy aqueous desizing and could be utilized mixed with Sodium Alginate.
l Soft hand feel, especially for those dyestuff with hard hand feel, such as Navy Blue, Brown, Black and etc. Print these colors, the fabric is much more soft by KIMA1100 than Sodium Alginate.
l KIMA1100 is also a environmental friendly product, free of alkylphenol(APEO)
3. Quality indexes:
l Appearance: milky white emulsion.
l Solid content: 62%min.
l Component: specially synthesized polyacrylate by reverse emulsion polymerization.
l Ionicity: anionic.
l PH: 6.5-7.5
