Scope of application:
Single effect or multi-effect falling film evaporators are widely applied in foodstuff industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, biological engineering, environmental engineering, liquid waste treatment etc. They can be applied to the low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration of such materials as milk, glucose, starch, wood sugar and so on, with the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, short time of materials being heated, which makes them suitable for evaporating materials with hot sensitivity, viscosity, foaminess, etc.

evaporators of various stages, separators of various stages, condenser, hot pressure pump, sterilizer, heat preservation tubes, vacuum and drainage system, materials’ transfer pumps of various stages, condensate water pump, branch cylinder, operation platform, electric meter control cabinet, valves, pipes, etc.
Main features:
1. The whole heating system of a falling film evaporator is heated evenly by steam and feed liquid is evaporated in the shape of flowing liquid film. So the falling film evaporator has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short time of feed liquid being heated, etc. If ever equipped with spray type hot pressure pump, the falling film evaporator will has further virtues of energy saving, low consumption of steam, low volume of cooling water circulation, etc.
2. Water in feed fluid is evaporated when feed fluid flows downwards with accelerating speed and more pressure, which makes falling film evaporators suitable for the evaporation and concentration of feed fluid with rather high viscosity.
3. Feed fluid is evaporated in the shape of film in each pipe and the time of feed fluid being heated is very short, which makes falling film evaporators especially suitable for the evaporation and concentration of foodstuff and makes the preservation of most nutritional composition in foodstuff possible.
4. The process of evaporation is carried out under vacuum, which guarantees the sanitary and environmental requirements of feed liquid and remarkably reduces the evaporating temperature. Moreover, part of secondary steam is inhaled back into the first shell by way of spray type hot pressure pump to mingle with live steam, which saves a lot of live steam. At the same time, steam from hot pressure pump enters heating shell in the shape of spray and spreads swiftly, which makes feed liquid heated mildly. Therefore, falling film evaporators are suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive raw materials.
5. The equipments are suitable for the evaporation and concentration of foaming raw materials.
As feed liquid is evaporated in the shape of film, steam and liquid are already separated in heating pipes. At the same time most feed liquid is pumped out at the bottom of the shell. Only a little feed liquid with all secondary steam come into the separator to be forcefully separated. Feed liquid has not formed tremendous impact. So the formation of foams is avoided.
6. With regard to the concentration and evaporation of foodstuff, the equipments also have the function of killing germs. Law materials are preheated in advance, and then come into a sterilizer with the temperature of more than 94. After being kept in the sterilizer for 24 seconds, law materials come into the first shell and the flash evaporation occurs instantaneously and the temperature drops instantly.
7. The equipments are equipped with CIP cleaning system, realizing in-place clearing. The complete set of equipments is easy to operate, without dead corner.

9. They are equipped with automatic system, realizing the autocontrol of inlet amount, heating temperature, the concentration of discharging and cleaning. They can also be equipped with safeguard of sensitive law materials against sudden power failure, malfunctions and other automatic operating and control systems of safety and alarm.
