Characteristics and Uses:
       35Mn: strength and hardenability than 30Mn steel high cutting performance is good, cold deformation of the plastic medium, welding performance is poor, commonly used for quenched and tempered steel. Hand in the manufacture of medium-load of parts, such as the engagement lever, drive shaft, bolts, screws, nuts; also used in the manufacture of wear parts, such as axes, spindles, gears, forks and so on.
      40Mn: can be used in the normalizing state, but also in the quenched and tempered state. Cutting performance, the plastic deformation of cold medium, poor welding performance. Under fatigue loading for the manufacture of parts, such as the roll axis and to work under high stress screws, nuts and so on.
