High resolution VGA industry camera has high power function and are integrated by VGA camera, crosshair generator and image measuring instrument . The camera adopt the standard VGA signal output, can display and capture the real-time video image via LCD, projector, etc. directly, without connecting PC. The camera adopts with high resolution 130M pixels colored CMOS, the actual measurement of resolution is up to 600 and 800 lines.

(1)Internal Crosshair generator function:
With the full-screen crosshair display of Dual crosshair and 4 crosshair, eight colors optional, each line can be moved to any position or you can closed all the lines. The dual crosshair has the measuring function.
(2)Measuring function of Image measuring instrument:
After reference distance correcting of horizontal and vertical, the system, automatically, can calculate the distance “dx” between the two horizontal and vertical straight lines, the distance “dy” between the two vertically horizontal straight lines, the distance “dl” between the crossing point diagonal of two crosshairs, after the moving of each line, the measuring value will be updated automatically in the left of the screen. The precision and correction length are in connection with magnification, the maximum accuracy to one ten-thousandth mm(Measuring resolution 0.1μm).
(3)Image freezing:
Single key operating, the measurement can be continued after image freezing and makes more accurate measuring precision.
The product adopts high resolution digital image progressing chip DSP, it makes the image more clear, steady and flicker-free and makes your eyes not tried in short distance viewing. With simple Chinese and English operating menu , applicable to used at home and board.
