Features and Scope
A high-pressure, high pressure, sub-critical boiler superheater header and main steam tube steel is widely used. Centigrade 580  still has a high thermal strength and oxidation resistance, higher durable plastic. Production process is relatively simple, welding performance is good, but more sensitive to cooling rate on normalized. Centigrade 580 long-term use will produce pearlite spheroidization.

Chemical Composition: Carbon C: 0.08 ~ 0.15 ,Si Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37 ,Manganese Mn: 0.40 ~ 0.70 ,S S: to allow the residual content ≤ 0.035 ,P P: ≤ 0.035 to allow the residual content ,Chromium Cr: 0.90 ~ 1.20 ,Ni-Ni: ≤ 0.030 to allow the residual content ,Copper Cu: ≤ 0.030 to allow the residual content ,V V: 0.15 ~ 0.30 ,Mo Mo: 0.25 ~ 0.30
