Features:It is penetration steel with low carbon and high manganese , 
performance is similar with 15Mn steel . because it has high manganese, 
strength,thductility. machinability, and hardenability is slightly higher than 
15 steel,  surface have less soft spot after carburizing and quenching , 
should be cementite. 

Scope:Used for gears,crank shaft, bracket, more chain, screws, nuts,
Welding structural parts. Sheet metal suitable for making oil tank, tools 
in cold areas, and cream cans.
