Introduction of DSMAC Impact Hammer Crusher:
DSMAC Impact crusher is suitable for crushing brittle rocks, such as limestone, shale, gypsum, coal, peliticsiltstone, and the mixture of limestone and clay. we successfully developed and produced the biggest hammer crusher 2DPC2325 in China in 2008. and broke the domestic record from the capacity, product size, rotor specification and the quantity of hammer head.
Performance Features of DSMAC Impact Hammer Crusher:
1. Large feeding size, High crushing ratio, high cost performance.
2. The rotor adopts the WHM two-step super hard surface deposited technique, and the service life of welding rods are over two times than that ordinary anti-abrasion welding rods.
3. The construction of crushing cavity with our patent technology---“stone strike stone”, which efficiently reduces the load of grid plate and the hammer head.
4. Hammer head is made of AMC composite material which is developed by our company independently. The service life of the hammer is 50-150% longer than the hammer which is made from Mn18Cr2MoNbRe.
5. With special dual iron removing protection device, it can removing the iron ant others automatically.
6. New design of grid plate, the material flow smoothly and stably, the size is fine and even, and the service life of the grid plate is long.
Working Principle of DSMAC Impact Hammer Crusher:
The rotor of DSMAC Impact hammer crusher is revoluting with high-speed in the driving system, the hammers head strike material with high velocity in the driving of rotor. also break or thrown the stones, the material is crushed by the impact plate or broken by itself, then feed into the area where the grate plate and the grid working and be crushed again. The final product is discharged from the grid plate.
