Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine:

1. Components for the Machine:
The line includes in conic decoiler unit, feeding guiding platform, leveling system, shearing device, punching system, roll forming system, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, electric controlling system and two supporters for product.

Thickness is2mm- 3mm(±0.2mm) , width is< 486+3mm, yield strength is 345Mpa, side bend less than 10mm( base on 5m), the sheet surface is not rusty, smooth.
