Scenario
A car is blocked in the street by flood. The mayor in the car opens HM 180 and pushes the button for traffic response group to have a video meeting. Several people outside of traffic response group join the meeting on request. The PTT group is enlarged temporarily. During the meeting they checked the video surveillance of critical points. Some people try to support their views with surrounding situation shot by the HM180 in hands. The meeting enjoys a highest priority in McWiLL system. Soon after the meeting, the necessary actions become order on the McWill terminals of the managers of the relative department
