The hot press, short name of the hydraulic pressure (plant) thermal-heating press machine, is the equipment for a quick processing of gluing objects. As for gluing of the plywood or boards, two or more pieces of boards can be closely glued through the hydraulic pressure. Then, by heat transfer of the heat source high temperature between layers, the glue will be soon solidified and the product will be shaped. The common heat source can be boiler steam, electric heat, cycling oil heat, high frequency heat, etc. 1. This machine is widely used and can make several kinds of man-made boards, such as veneer sheets, chipboards, plywood and insulating boards, with different pressures. 2. With advantages of small pressure loss, large flow, low failure rate and convenient maintenance, the domestic advanced cartridge valve structure has been employed in the hydraulic system. 3. The domestic advanced programmable controller (PC) has been employed in the electric part, which performs actions of soaring, pressure applying, pressure maintaining, pressure complementing, delaying, return stroke, etc. 4.
