The caviar comes directly from the manufacturer, without deep freezing or preservatives, from ecologically clean regions of Canada and United States. 5. Shipping is done by air or sea in a container of minimum 940 KG or 1500 lb. 6. Productivity rate of the plant is 3 tons of caviar in 24 hours. 7. The production season volume (from 2.5 to 4 months) is 85 to 120 tons of ready product. 8. Frozen caviar could be kept up to 12 months without losing its quality in -20c. 9. First batches of the next season can be shipped in the first half of september.
