The raw material is defibrated in hydrapulper to certain consistency with some additives. The stock is absorbed and vacuumed to wet flans, on the special metal mould and then the wet flans are dried and pressed with heat to finished products. The pulp's inherent properties and the well-designed geometric structure make the PMP with very good protective properties, such as shockproof ability, static free and antisepticise. Through many practical appliances and testing, it is indicated PMP can totally replace EPS, PS, PVC for industry products protective packaging.
